Ya Shi Xiang Dan Cong – legendary oolong from Fenghuang with a honey and fruity character (2023 harvest)

Ya Shi Xiang Dan Cong is a renowned oolong from the Fenghuang region that delights not with its strength but with its subtlety : soft, sweet, and exceptionally "pure" on the palate. Ripe fruit , floral honey , and a creamy, velvety smoothness emerge in the cup without any harsh astringency. This tea is from the 2023 harvest.

Why do you want to brew it again and again?

This dan cong is perfect for slow, successive brewing sessions : each subsequent brew brings out a different layer of aroma – from fruity lightness to deeper, honeyed tones.

How to brew to make it "wow"

• Gongfu: 4–5 g per 100 ml, 90–95°C, first brewing 10–15 seconds, then gradually extend

• In a teapot: 3 g per 250 ml, 90–95°C, 2–3 min
