How to brew to make it delicious

• Gongfu: 5 g / 100 ml, 90–95°C, short brewing 10–15 s, then lengthen

• In a teapot/cup: 3 g / 250 ml, 90°C, 2–3 min

• Tip: If you want even more sweetness and less intensity, use a lower temperature (approx. 85–90°C).
