How to brew to make it delicious

• In a teapot/cup: 3 g / 250 ml, 90–95°C , 2–3 min

• Gongfu: 5 g / 100 ml, 95°C , short brewing 10–15 s, then gradually extend

• Tip: If you want more sweetness and less “strength”, lower the temperature to 88–90°C and brew for a shorter time.
